Oh yeah? Really? Pulling such a faggin' yuri move right in front of your ex-partner? What a damn menace💀💀💀Man... it's always love. Even the kindest and purest thing can become such a painful thing to deal with. I'm not judging Takezaki for doing all that, though. He had his own reasons. Taking a step back, the show gives us a pleasant breather episode before the final part arrives. The pace is relaxed. It leans firmly into a comfortable style. Visually, it is very cute and colourful. I just leaned back and enjoyed the peaceful interactions. Still, the underlined tension is well-presented too.
Episode 8 brings so much emotional weight as the girls fight to save Alice in Theater. Seeing Airi and Izumi finally patch things up after their intense scuffle felt incredibly rewarding. Meanwhile, Kaworu making that bold, tactical choice to step away left me completely stunned
