EPISODE REVIEWS
The shift turns completely into a political-centric story, which I am always a fan of watching. Honestly, I feel a bit hurt knowing how much real politics is reflected here with its pointed commentary. The fact that this is broadcasted in 2015 meant the writers really hold understanding of human nature.
The story shifted further into politics as Gel's vision of creating a united society gained overwhelming public support. While many welcomed the promise of peace, Hajime and several others quietly questioned whether forcing everyone toward the same mindset could truly lead to happiness. The episode built suspense by suggesting that idealism without understanding human nature may have dangerous consequences.
