What a great ending for an overall pretty bad season. The pacing and action were great in this episode. It was fantastic to see Kurono actually lock in and be likable for once during the battle against the bird. It closed the season out nicely.

Unfolds like an inevitable breakdown. A brief sense of victory gives way to something harsher. Kurono doesn’t retreat; he adjusts. And in a system built on chaos, that shift matters. It isn’t heroic, it’s reactive. But it’s enough to change the outcome.
