His strength is impressive, having fought Armadillo General to a standstill, but his independent actions are causing trouble. This immediately sets up a conflict between raw power and company protocol.

A flashback shows Hope Man in fierce close-quarters combat with Armadillo General in an industrial setting. They exchange powerful blows, neither giving ground, their faces grim with exertion. Hope Man then faces off against a group of yellow, tentacled minions, dispatching them with comical efficiency. This display of raw power, however, only serves to infuriate the Armadillo General further.

Back in the dimly lit office, Cow Head leans back in his chair, rubbing his chin in palpable frustration. He expresses his exasperation over Hope Man's disregard for hierarchical structures, stating that a villain's reputation is ruined when an underling acts so independently. Suppon Man shifts uncomfortably, sweating, reflecting the general discomfort Hope Man's actions create among his peers. The boss’s weariness speaks volumes.

Cow Head lets out a maniacal laugh, a sound that sends shivers down Suppon Man's spine. Suppon Man clutches his gloved hands, panic evident on his face as he whispers urgently to Hope Man. He warns him that his career could be damaged by association with Hope Man's unsanctioned exploits. The idea of "third stage" is mentioned, hinting at promotions or ranks within the villainous organization.

Suppon Man, his face earnest and sweating, lectures Hope Man intently, warning against half-hearted efforts and the dangers of antagonizing superiors. He asserts that those who easily switch allegiances are quick to attack others. In a hallway near a "TOILET" sign, Suppon Man grabs Hope Man by the collar, emphatically passing the buck. He pats Hope Man's chest, then dismissively walks away, leaving Hope Man with a bewildered and frustrated expression.

The scene transitions to a dark, industrial hangar where Ganglion members are working on a large, green, insect-like robot. One member climbs a staircase and opens a heavy, bolted metal door, revealing a blinding white light. He looks into the light with a masked face, a silent moment suggesting a hidden, important location. This shift in setting implies a deeper layer to Ganglion's operations.

Inside a cell-like room, Hope Man (revealed as Osogabe) sits on the floor, feeding sticks to small, yellow, tentacled minions called Ogawamongoru. He finds them endearing for their simple affection, contrasting sharply with his earlier defiance. His Superior stands over him, attempting to reason with him, but Osogabe remains slumped, his masked face conveying deep resignation. The Superior acknowledges Osogabe's strength but explains that corporate image cannot tolerate such independent action, asking him to "change his island" to settle the matter.

As the credits roll, the Superior continues his plea, even offering to bow his head alongside Osogabe. Osogabe, however, remains stubbornly dejected, refusing to change his ways. The episode closes with his resume/ID photo, a visual echo of his initial introduction. His final, unyielding "No" underscores his unshakeable personal resolve, even in the face of corporate pressure.
