The Start of a Journey… Farewell, Mom!
EPISODE CONTEXT
Episode 3 arrives immediately after Daiya formally joins the Daiku-Maryu crew, making this the emotional bridge between recruitment and action. It closes out the show's opening phase by giving Daiya — and the audience — a moment to acknowledge what's being left behind before the crew commits to entering the world of Darius. Episode 4 picks up the momentum directly, initiating the crew's push into enemy territory and beginning the series' central confrontation with the Darius Army.
