Episode Context

Coming off the Fujioka Grand Prix finals in Episode 4, this episode marks a clear shift in scope, from regional preliminaries to the national stage of the All-Japan Grand Prix. It expands the show's geography and cast, laying essential groundwork for the rivalries and circuit challenges ahead. At just Episode 5 of 37, this is early-series world-building work, and the Niseko Circuit introduction signals that the competitive landscape is about to grow significantly more complex.
