Futabu! Mix: Futanari World

Everything about Akane's high school life changes completely after she gets recruited into the Futa Club — a secretive after-school group whose members all happen to be futanari girls. What starts as a curiosity quickly pulls her into a world of unexpected friendships and a school life that looks nothing like what she signed up for. The club has a distinct cast: Ai, Aya, Mao, and Sumika each bring their own personality to the group, and watching Akane figure out where she fits among them is actually a decent chunk of what the early story is about. This is a single-episode OVA from Studio 9 Maiami, adapted from BOSSHI's well-known adult doujin, and it carries that source material's playful, lighthearted energy throughout. The tone stays youthful and relatively breezy rather than going for anything heavy or dramatic — it knows what it is and leans into it. If you watched the original Futa-bu!! and wanted more time with these characters and this setup, this is exactly that. Fans of Hot Tails or La Blue Girl who prefer their adult anime with a school-life backdrop and a less serious atmosphere will probably find this comfortable territory. It is a sequel, so the original gives you more context, but the premise is accessible enough that you can follow along either way. One episode, no pretense — just the club doing what the club does.
