An all-out action episode. It’s fast-paced, and the momentum is consistent. I was tense the whole time watching it. I can’t handle it if any of the trio or anyone from Mithril gets hurt.

Things start ramping up again. More information about Whispered and the stakes feel higher. Gauron coming back into the picture just makes everything more chaotic… and the battles feel more dangerous now 👀

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 20 of 24, 'Venom's Flame' marks a clear escalation point as the series enters its final act. The preceding episodes built character depth, particularly for Sousuke and Kurz, and this episode leverages that investment by throwing the team into a high-stakes confrontation that raises the tension heading into the climax. It serves as a critical bridge between mid-season development and the endgame conflicts that will define the last four episodes.
