Ooh, this arc never disappoints so far! We get to see a "Well-laid Plan" for Frieren's party. Not only that, we also got see Fern's party's potential. This episode is a visual spectacle with the fight scenes and the animation itself!

Frieren's group is brainstorming for strategies for the 1st stage of the exam, while Fern's group is already done with the goal. What I love about this episode is that Frieren could hide her mana so much which shows how very skilled she is. That part was cool and a lil' bit cozy.
