This episode is a graceful and contemplative exploration of the courage required to choose your path when the future is uncertain. It embraces silence, symbolism, and the beauty found in uncertainty. It’s not a race, but rather a deeply human moment of growth.

This one felt uncomfortable—in a deliberate way. I’m watching Haru and thinking, “yeah, he’s not okay.” The race isn’t even the focus, it’s the mental collapse. It’s slower, heavier, and honestly kind of hard to sit through… but that’s why it works.
