Shinohara is just like me fr fr. I’d probably react like that too irl. Everything is really weird and chaotic at the same time. Also, the build up for romcom is just slight and tiny little bit. The animation is really my liking too.

This one felt surprisingly close to a proper rom-com for once 😆 There’s a softer and slightly more romantic atmosphere here, though the series never stops being weird in its own way. I liked the balance between comedy and subtle emotional development.

Overall, this episode is the definition of High melodrama executed over absolute nothingness. The animation features oversized, pouring streams of cartoon tears and highly detailed, shaking hands to mock classic soap opera climaxes.
