This episode was intense with nonstop fights and heavy action throughout. The sound design hit hard, and Dr. Giovanni’s power felt strange and dangerous with how it was presented. The resolution was satisfying, but the ending made things even more tense.

Another epic battle scene and they really built with a dark and intense in this episode. Giovanni really plays like a good villain. He really made the fight upside down and overpowered Vulcan's team.

Another day another epic battle that came from this anime. Aaand Arthur... Though it was a bit weird that he didn't actually have a sense of survivor in this ep but still... He's just being himself I guess? 😂 The appearance from another villain is here too and it made me excited

The combination of Vulcan's brain and Lisa's tentacles against Dr Giovanni makes this fight feel strategic and chaotic. But i love see these two fighting together

This episode delivered an amazing high-stakes fight. Vulcan’s brains and Lisa’s pyro powers made the battle against Giovanni feel strategic, chaotic, and exciting all at once. Truly a standout episode for action.

Another episode with flashbacks but again, it works so well with the narrative. It really helps deliver that gut-punch especially when the thing with Yu happened. The writers did a fantastic job showing actual teamwork in this episode!

Covers ch 246-249 of the manga. Oh boy, they have skipped ch 245 since Obi ordered Arthur to accompany Vulcan's team. Then for some reason Arthur got separated for being Arthur. Vulcan's fight compared to the manga is superb, the flash back is a nice touch which was an anime only

Giovanni has always lurked at the edges of this story feeling underused. His grotesque transformation was absolutely insane. He doesn't just want to win; he also wants to break others. One of the season's best villain showings!

This episode focus mostly on Vulcan team faces their archnemesis Dr.Giovani while Arhur is distracted and absent mostly during the confrontation with Dr.Giovani & it's worrying to think Dr.Giovani overpowered Vulcan's team.

Giovanni goes full horror villain, Vulcan and Lisa go OFF inside Amaterasu, Hinawa unloads on Charon everything pops off at once. Final dungeon energy is immaculate, best episode of Part 2 no contest. If you're on the fence about this arc, THIS is the one. 😭🔥

Company 8 storming Amaterasu is the most unhinged "we have a plan" moment this season. Ogun getting a real fight FINALLY and Vulcan's team going full archaeological expedition inside a living sun. Dr. Giovanni showing up tho?? SCREAMING.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 6 sits right at the halfway mark of Part 2, continuing the Amaterasu facility investigation that ramped up in the preceding 'At the Center of the World.' It deepens Company 8's confrontation with the facility's secrets and adversaries, serving as a critical bridge episode. The stage is explicitly being set for 'Those Who Fight Back / The Final Imagining,' which promises a significant escalation in conflict heading into the back half of the season.
