There are a lot of deviation from the manga but imo the sequencing of events in the anime is better. The anime delivers the same feel of intensity when I was reading the manga and they also improved the art especially with Benimaru's one hit fight. The episode covers ch 273-274, 276-277, 283, 285-286. As you can see it skipped some chapters to accommodate the studio's limited episode.
