The transition of the story from the previous events to Jia Nan Academy was also well done. It felt like it opened a new chapter in Xiao Yan’s life. Aside from that, it was enjoyable to see how he gradually became stronger and more determined to achieve his goals.

Episode 11 is a quieter but meaningful chapter. Instead of nonstop battles, it focuses on Xiao Yan’s growth, his bond with Yao Lao, and the bigger world beyond the Jia Ma Empire.

This episode slows things down but still keeps you hooked. Xiao Yan’s recovery, his conversations with Yao Lao, and the new mysteries around his journey make it a great setup episode. It’s more about emotions.
