Episodio en el que Kirei encuentra su motivación y deseo, además de darse cuenta cuán diferente es de Kiritsugu. Kirei es extraño, pero como antagonista es de lo mejor que ha tenido Fate.

The energy slows down for this episode but the events don't feel off or randomly inserted. In fact, it's much needed as the conclusion draws closer and closer. Still good story pacing though

I'm now completely attached to Waver and Rider, best duo tbh in this series. I feel like they both had the most productive character arcs and we're still just at episode 9. Can't wait to see how they fare soon.

Episode Context

Coming off the visceral momentum of 'Knight on Two Wheels,' episode 9 pivots sharply into introspection as the war's remaining participants face the consequences of their choices and the true nature of the Grail itself. With only three episodes remaining, this serves as the critical emotional and thematic bridge between the mid-season conflicts and the final confrontations. Everything established here, the doubts, the revelations, the psychological breaking points, becomes the foundation for the series' climactic endgame.
