El episodio final de fate/zero que nos muestra las consecuencias emocionales del anterior episodio y hacia dónde iba a dirigirse en Fate/Stay.

I started the Fate series with Zero so I may not have the background others have on this conclusion. It was satisfactory but a bit...hollow, but perhaps that's the point. I hope watching the other installments will add more context and I may revisit this rating and comment.

Episode Context

As episode 12 of 12, this is the definitive conclusion to both the second season and Fate/Zero as a whole, resolving the fates of every remaining Master and Servant after eleven episodes of escalating conflict and narrowing survivors. The preceding episodes systematically dismantled alliances and eliminated combatants, funneling the narrative toward its inevitable, tragic endpoint. This finale must deliver on the thematic promises established from the series' very first episode, the question of whether idealism or pragmatism can survive the crucible of the Holy Grail War.
