Overall its great movie but they didn't manage to capture the vibe, the story of the game currently. But I can see why they go with this route, they only build the characters story arc from the prequel Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia the same studio that did the previous anime.

Episode Context

This is the endgame. A feature-length finale that throws everything at the screen, massive fantasy battles, desperate last stands, and emotional payoffs built across an entire saga. The tone opens heavy, carrying the weight of inevitability and sacrifice, with Romani Archaman and Mash Kyrielight anchoring the story's emotional core through introspection on mortality and purpose. Once Fujimaru leads the charge into the Grand Temple of Time, the pacing detonates into relentless, spectacle-driven action courtesy of CloverWorks at full throttle. Expect triumphant reunions alongside devastating stakes, all wrapped in thematic questions about what makes fleeting human life worth fighting for. This isn't a quiet conclusion, it's a bombastic, cathartic war cry designed to reward the investment of every fan who followed Chaldea's journey from the beginning.
