I guess this is the end of Aldoron's arc. This episode is really action packed but the colors still have that dreamy vibe. Honestly my favorite thing about this season. And Natsu's growth here is just insane! Also, can we talk about how scary the Diabolos members look?

Not bad, finally focusing on Natsu. Still doesn’t feel like his peak though. At least the annoying chaos has settled for now. Good animation and pacing, but a bit rushed.

Episode Context

Positioned at episode 18 of 25, 'Burning Will' functions as a climactic pressure point in the season's back half, escalating the high-stakes confrontations that built through 'Strength to Live' and prior episodes. This is the kind of turning-point episode where major battles reach their boiling point before the narrative shifts direction. The following episode, 'Aqua Aera,' pivots toward aftermath and new developments, making this the peak of the current combat arc before the story reorients toward its final stretch.
