Fairy Gone

I just love Free so much, I kept getting goosebumps during his confrontation with Liscar. The twists near the end genuinely caught me off guard. I also think ending the first cour where it did was the right call. I’m hoping the second cour explores even darker themes while deliverinng even stronger storytelling.

Began the episode feeling confused and ended it on the edge of my seat. I'm so frustrated because these supposedly trained soldiers couldn't even hit a single guy 😭 But okay, bro was aura farming the entire episode. The question is: can our protagonists even beat them?

So we finally got more info about Marlya's past. I was really hoping her grandfather would step in and say a few words to her himself, but I guess it makes sense that Dorothea would be the ones to help her through it since they're the ones who truly understand the struggle. Also, I wonder what that post-credits scene is about...

Ain't no way... AIN'T NO WAY?? Welp, that's definitely a twist I didn't expect. I can already imagine how devastated Marlya's going to be in the next episodes TT But I guess this is a crucial happening to motivate the cast and have their character developments somehow.

A lot happened this episode lmao. I think the story itself is solid, but the execution felt a bit underwhelming for me. I was also expecting more of Bitter Sweet since the last episode's post credits scene teased her, but I guess we'll have to wait a lil longer to see more of her story.

Ever since the beginning, the anime has had its political aspects, but this episode leaned into them more with all the factions and discussions. It definitely feels like the bigger picture is starting to take shape.

Best episode so far, I’m biased whenever there’s an all-girls moment lmao. More people and places were introduced, which I’ll probably forget by the next episodes, but hopefully most of them aren’t too relevant xD As of now, every time it feels like Dorothea is about to figure something out, the enemy still manages to stay one step ahead.

We got more of Marlya and Veronica’s backstory, and I just wanna hug both of them for what they’ve been through. Jonathan intrigued me too because he used the fairy powers in such a creative way. The episode ends on a mellow note, but with all the hints scattered around, shi boutta go down.

Another episode filled with action, but I do think this one also focused on the deep emotions and connections of the characters. I genuinely like Free’s character. With how much of a rookie our Marlya is, she definitely needs someone fast enough to adapt to the situation.

Now THAT was an epic fight! The whole battle itself was also super thrilling to watch! But overall, the show kind of fell of somehere despite having a very strong first few episodes. The politically complex and heavy plot was introduced mid season and it somewhat made the story hard to follow. And tbh, I wished they had put more depth surrounding the fairies! Here, the fairies felt like they were solely used for weapons and I just wished they’d give more background around it. But overall it’d a pretty solid show and I’d give it an 8✨

We finally get the awesome action back in this episode! Especially as they showed how strong and capable other Dorothea members are in battle. And the plot is really coming to a climax with the battle and all.

We finally get to see more of Marlya’s past! And honestly a pretty okay episode despite not being heavy or action packed. Things are starting to piece together and the story is also getting quite interesting

This one definitely redeemed itself from the previous episode. The action is back, the tension is on, and the fantasy aspect is also coming back! Really loved the action and fighting scene in this episode. Amazing animation and fighting choreography was also really awesome.

Another plot heavy episode and I gotta be honest, the episode started quite fun and entertaining, but overall the story kind of drags, and I'm kind of starting to lose some hope because the series started super strong but now it's kinda slowly falling off😭 AND WHERE IS VERONICA😭 I really need to see her in action! We only got a glimmer of her here and we need MORE!

A really plot heavy episode. This one really showed how politically complex the world building is and it just such a layered conflict in the story that sometimes I just have to pause to actually understand where the plot is going.

Definitely an episode for the girlies✨️ Not as action packed and quite a slower pace than the previous ones but loved the little detective chase plot they have for this episode!

Another action-packed episode, and here we finally get to see more of Veronica! Second half episode was more chill, though. The athmosphere however, tends to stay gritty and tense althoughout the episode, even when they're just lounging around, so it's thrilling in a way!

I am officially a Free fan, because why was he actually so exceptionally cool 😭🫶🏻 and animation during the fight scenes is looking amazing, and we seriously need Veronica to have more screen time because she already looks like a really cool character with a lit story✨️ I am also in awe at how they make every single episode have a really gripping fight or battle without making it boring!

Another highly entertaining episode! We get to see a more adventure side to the story as Free and Marlya go on these missions and I am all for it! They also do a really good job introducing and explaining the world building, which is neat✨️ Plus, literally all the characters and the fights are always so incredible😭🫶🏻

Loving the story! The lineup of new characters look promising and the mix of high speed action also makes the whole thing thrilling! And Free is honestly such a cool character HAHA. Definitely my favorite character✨
