The tone of this movie is very serious for a non-canon Bleach storyline, because of a certain situation where two people wield the same zanpakuto, yet there can only be one true bearer.

Although this is a movie that came out a while back, this movie is worth watching, although the animation style is quite old, it still pays attention to detail, the fight scenes are well directed, it's a bit slow at first but the storyline has many details, it has pretty nostalgic soundtrack. The characters in the movie also showcased emotional intimacy with each other and showed continuous support to the the captain throughout the movie, which created an emotional impact on the overall mood, definitely worth watching

Honestly, this movie felt way more serious than the first movie. I liked that it focused heavily on Toshiro instead of just throwing Ichigo another villain. Seeing someone as respected as Toshiro suddenly become a fugitive made the whole mystery pretty tense from the start. The best part was definitely the relationship between Hitsugaya and Sojiro. They felt like two sides of the same coin, which made the conflict hit harder emotionally. You also get to see a more vulnerable side of Toshiro instead of just the cool captain act. It’s still got that classic 2000s Bleach vibe though. Flashy fights, dramatic speeches, dark skies, and Ichigo charging into chaos. The middle drags a bit, but the final fights were really fun, especially when Hitsugaya went wild with Daiguren Hyōrinmaru.

This movie was a powerful performance by the characters. Also their various powers and brawn was fantastic while in war. I like the traditional concept of the theme, outfit, and weapons of the characters they have.
