Episode Context

Sitting at Episode 96 of 145, this recap lands at a natural turning point, the Fall Tournament has concluded with the Devil Bats' hard-fought victory over the Blizzards in Episode 95, and the Kanto Tournament looms ahead starting in Episode 97. It serves purely as a bridge between two major competitive arcs, offering zero new story content but consolidating the team's achievements before they face dramatically tougher opponents in the next stage of competition.
