Episode Context

Coming off Excel and Hyatt's infiltration of City Hall in episode five, this outing expands the battlefield beyond F City limits while simultaneously deepening the opposition's infrastructure through the introduction of Misaki Matsuya and the Department of City Security. It's a dual-track setup episode that adds key players to the board without slowing the comedy down. The formation of the security team here quietly plants the seeds for future collisions between ACROSS and the city's defenders.
