Episode Context

Coming off 'For You, I Could Die,' which left Excel navigating amnesia and the Daitenzin bracing for a final reckoning, this episode accelerates every major thread toward the finish line simultaneously. It functions as the narrative engine of the finale arc, forcing confrontations between ACROSS and its opposition that the series has deferred through comedy for most of its run. Everything here feeds directly into the closing episode, 'Going Too Far,' making this an essential bridge rather than a standalone chapter.
