the episode leans into that typical harem romantic tension, with all the girls around one guy. There's way more fanservice and tons of funny moments that make up for the stiff animation. Sadly, the fight lacked the emotion needed for an important Alice User battle.

I love how cute and easygoing this episode is on the surface, but it provided a much needed clarity with the plot and what might possibly drive Aruto's involvement with the other Seekers. Would love to see how their goals take shape in the next episodes.

The dynamic shifts here. I was super invested in the new character. The animation shines best in the background details here, making the magical elements pop out. It moved at a brisk pace, packing a lot of dialogue into a short time. I felt a weird mix of tension and excitement throughout the whole runtime.
