As a manga reader, I was really excited to watch the anime, and boy were my expectations met! The whole episode was just amazing! The colors are beautiful, the pacing is just as I remember, and the way they approached the trope of the Villainess is so unique. The existence of Endo & Kobayashi really brought the whole story to life. Honestly such an interesting start to a cute story!
It was a good episode as an opening. It was really good as a rom-com with chaotic one and emotionally. It was a sweet one anw. The concept is really make this interest and it was a good one.
The tone balances pure, chaotic rom-com energy with surprisingly sweet emotional beats. What makes it stick the landing is the character development. Even in just twenty minutes, you get a massive sense of who everyone is, and the chemistry between the modern-day gamers and the in-game fantasy characters is instantly engaging.
