There's even more exposition going on than I expected, and I honestly love it! The author really knows how to layer down Drakken Joe as the main antagonist of this season. The more information I get, the more I feel violated knowing this without my prior consent LMAO. Things are still as heated as they come, and I really feel invested in this arc and see how it all goes.

The variables are everywhere. Lots of details from Season 1 are being brought back here. I really like seeing that kind of careful construction. What seems to be the greatest climax of this arc is right around the corner. Wow, the villain's backstory is pretty crazy to listen to. The author clearly spent a lot of time building this from the ground up, and it's still delivering amazing connections and consequences. A lot of emotions are involved in this final confrontation.

One of the best thing about this show is that there's always something new to learn or a plot twist that catches us off guard at every episode. Didn't expect to get teased with more of Weisz's backstory and that he has more connection to DJ Zombie than we previously thought. Jinn's rigid character was not a favorite of mine but his action does match his priorities even if it was a bit too easy. But what I love the most was the brutal truth of Drakken's life force because of how it can be a metaphor to real life conflict that goes to show that he is a guy with zero remorse.
