This episode was interesting, providing a more sympathetic view of the "Johnny hunter" and showing just how different each Selacao is. A small but significant piece of information about Akira is dropped, deepening the mystery. Overall fun and intriguing watch.

Episode Context

Sitting past the midpoint of this compact 11-episode series, Episode 7 arrives after the protagonists have spent the first half unraveling the rules and players of the Seleção game, now the game pushes back. 'Black Swan Dances' serves as a critical pivot, escalating the stakes and introducing adversarial pressure that reshapes the characters' strategies heading into the final stretch. It directly sets the stage for Episode 8, 'Search for a Fore-Lost Journey,' where the consequences of this episode's confrontations force the cast to reassess everything.
