📖 SYNOPSIS
The Durarara!! Specials—comprising Episodes 12.5 and 25—offer additional narratives that delve deeper into the intricate world of Ikebukuro. In Episode 12.5, Celty Sturluson, the enigmatic headless rider, accepts a seemingly straightforward courier job to deliver a red duffel bag. However, the task quickly escalates as she's pursued by members of a foreign syndicate and the Tsunohazu group, both eager to claim the mysterious package. The situation culminates in a confrontation where the Awakusu-kai intervenes, restoring order. This episode highlights the complex web of alliances and rivalries that define Ikebukuro's underworld . Episode 25 shifts focus to Yuuhei Hanejima, a renowned actor who is, in fact, Kasuka Heiwajima—Shizuo's younger brother. While filming a television program in Ikebukuro, a death threat against him surfaces online. The threat, orchestrated by Izaya Orihara, aims to provoke Shizuo by endangering his brother. The ensuing chaos intertwines with the lives of various city residents, showcasing the interconnectedness of their stories .
