I loved Mei's segment. The direction was incredible, and it felt different from what they'd done before. Per-chan has a new style, and I agree that she looks even cuter now. The part where they named the Shogi pieces was really fun, too.

Seeing Jashin-chan and Yurine's interactions never fail to make me laugh. We also get a dark addition to Mei's addiction.

Llakisqa Aya: Jashin looks incredible in that cloak | I was a brother to Per (Looks down) | (Trembles) The Mei in this version terrified me | Don't worry, Serpent—in the end, you only lost your life; besides, those spirits were my other selves.

Pekola begging for bread? Poor angel vibes hit hard 😭. Animation on her sad eyes and crumbs everywhere too cute. Atmosphere wholesome but tragic. Felt bad for her but also laughed, protect her at all costs.

Oh man, Per-chan is so pure. I can’t believe she is a devil. I nearly lost it when Jashin made up a story about Pekora. She should be sued, LOL. And I really thought I lost it fr when the animation and design quality dropped—that shocked me, but reminds me of the old days.

This one is dark-funny in a way that’s honestly pretty savage.
It’s the episodes where you laugh and you don't even know why.

Mei really has her ways to continue her hobbies and that makes her unhinged. I think her and Pino can be friends. The movie style scene really cracks me up just to make the scene serious despite it being funny. Also, Jashin being scared is funny.

We start the episode with a moe fanservice and a new look for Jashin. The simple-minded way of thinking by Mei especially involving cute things. With the addition of the cinematic background adds to the stupidity of the situation.

The fact that they tried to make that specific part of this episode wide screen to make it look more intense and like a movie style made it more funny! Also it was like playing on a tape. Face animations of Jahsin is very funny and her voice when she got punched, Good acting!

A chaotic "Christmas in July" masterpiece. Jashin-chan’s attempt to exploit the holiday spirit for a bonus backfires beautifully, and Pekola’s perpetual suffering reaches new, darkly comedic heights. The absurd pacing and meta-references keep it fresh.
