This is pretty much a slice of life episode, without really any action or flying sequences. Not much really happens in this episode other than just our characters experiencing the feeling of love for the first time in this series. Not bad, but I do love Lilico's facial expressions in this episode, though!

Episode 7 leans into awkward bonding and the ‘Ritual’ tension. Hisone spending time with Haruto Okonogi feels subtly sweet, while Vice Minister Iiboshi’s evaluation pressure hangs over everyone. It’s funny, tense, and oddly tender at base.
