I used to think the sacrifice against Majin Buu was his best moment, but seeing Vegeta die here on Namek makes it feel much more painful because he has absolutely nothing left. He is just a broken man crying in the dirt while begging his rival to do what he couldn't and that level of honesty from him was something I never expected
