I was actually nervous when Vegeta caught up to Gohan and Krillin, because he looked ready to kill them for the Dragon Ball. The Ginyu Force being so close forced everyone into a truce, and it was wild to see them actually work together. Gohan getting that huge power boost from Guru makes me think they might survive.
