EPISODE REVIEWS

Vegeta calling the earthlings idiots for not raising their hands is the most in character thing he has done this entire saga

It really frustrated me how the humans thought the telepathic voice was just a trick and went back to their normal lives like nothing happened

Episode Context

Sitting just seven episodes from the series finale, "Call to Action" falls squarely in the climax of the Kid Buu saga, the definitive endgame of Dragon Ball Z. The preceding episodes have escalated the Buu conflict to its most desperate point, with Goku and Vegeta exhausting their options against an enemy of pure destructive instinct. This episode sets the stage for the saga's ultimate resolution, bridging the gap between near-defeat and the final gambit that will decide everything.
