I was not ready for that hair and the way the ground started shaking when Goku transformed actually gave me chills

Watching Goten and Trunks practice the fusion is okay but the real focus was that crazy long hair and the pressure of that ticking clock for the radar

I thought it was hilarious that Babidi got his info from some random person in a crowd and now Trunks has to save his whole house

Goku showed a lot of maturity by staying behind to stall for the radar even though he is on a time limit and that transformation sequence with the earth shaking felt massive while those extra scenes with Bulma and Krillin slowed things down a bit but the threat from Babidi against Capsule Corp kept the tension high throughout the whole flight

Even though the screaming took forever, the way Goku looks without eyebrows in that new state is actually terrifying and it made Buu look genuinely surprised for once.

That lady reporting Trunks to Babidi was so annoying and it felt like the episode slowed down too much during those city scenes

It was so cool when I realized Goku was actually being smart and explaining the different levels just to keep Buu from moving

Trunks having to fly as fast as possible because that mother accidentally snitched to Babidi made the whole city situation so stressful

The filler with Mr. Satan and the random lady in the crowd felt slow, but it made the stakes for Trunks getting to the radar feel way more urgent.

I can still hear the screaming in my ears from when Goku pushed past his limits and finally showed off that long hair form

Goku really went for it with that transformation and the way his hair just kept growing made him look like a completely different person standing before Buu

The stakes for getting the Dragon Radar back from Capsule Corp are so high and Trunks racing against time really kept the momentum going despite the training flashbacks

It felt like such a huge deal when Goku mentioned going even further beyond Super Saiyan 2 and the suspense during that final scene was totally unreal

The pacing felt so dragged out with all those filler shots of Bulma and the boys. Babidi needs to just shut up and let the actual fight happen

The way Goku is banking on Goten and Trunks to save the world seems pretty risky to me, but I guess he knows what he is doing with this distraction plan

Watching Goku go from base form to Super Saiyan 2 just to distract a pink monster was the highlight and it makes you wonder how much more power he is hiding

The filler scenes with Bulma watching the boys train felt a bit slow but the tension with Babidi threatening everyone definitely made up for the slower parts of the episode

I really felt the pressure when Goku started explaining the stages of Super Saiyan while Trunks was flying as fast as possible to West City, especially since the fate of the world depends on a piece of technology. It is a bit weird that Goku is leaving everything to the kids instead of just fighting Buu now, but the build up for his new form is massive

Goku stalling for time by walking Buu through the different transformations felt like a massive flex and it really built up the hype for what happens next

Trunks better hurry up and find that Dragon Radar at Capsule Corp. Everyone is basically finished if Buu keeps destroying cities and Babidi stays this annoying

EPISODE CONTEXT

Positioned at episode 244 of 291, this falls squarely in the thick of the Buu Saga's most dangerous stretch, where Majin Buu's power has escalated beyond what any single fighter can handle and the heroes are forced into desperate strategies. Previous episodes have established the terrifying scope of the threat and set plans in motion that require precise coordination. This episode serves as a critical connective piece, bridging strategy with execution and setting the stage for the saga's climactic confrontations still to come.
