EPISODE REVIEWS

That Kamehameha from Gohan should have ended it but Cell just regenerating from a few cells left over is such a cheap move

Episode Context

Sitting at episode 187 of 291, this falls squarely in the climactic stretch of the Cell Games arc, one of Dragon Ball Z's most celebrated storylines. The episodes leading up to this have been building toward a dramatic power shift in the battle against Cell, and this episode represents a critical turning point where that pressure reaches a breaking point. What follows from here will define the resolution of the entire Cell saga and set the stage for the series' next major era.
