The way Cell used that barrier to survive the barrage was terrifying and you can tell he still has way more power hidden away

I still cannot believe Goku just quit after that insane warp kamehameha and it feels like he is gambling with the entire planet by putting everything on Gohan

I was screaming at the screen when Goku told Gohan to get in there and fight that monster alone

Seeing Goku acknowledge that he reached his limit against Cell and deciding to step down is such a massive change for his character after all these years of fighting

Krillin and Yamcha looked so confused and honestly you really feel for them since they thought the fight was basically over after that last big blast from Goku

I cannot believe Goku just walked away and left the fate of the entire world in the hands of his young son while everyone else just watched in total silence

Piccolo looked so stressed out because he thinks Goku has finally lost his mind for trying to make Gohan fight this monster alone

Cell just standing there after taking that massive hit to the upper body and growing it all back really showed why Goku knew he couldnt finish this on his own

Vegetas face when Goku forfeited said everything, because you can tell he hates that Goku is still a step ahead of him. This whole episode felt so stressful even when they were just talking because the stakes are so high and nobody besides Goku seems to have any clue what the plan is for Gohan to actually win

Goku looks so calm while everyone else is losing their minds, but seeing him put all that pressure on Gohan makes you feel so uneasy for the kid

My jaw is actually on the floor right now because Goku pointing at Gohan and telling him to get in there against Cell is the craziest thing a dad could do

Watching Yamcha and Krillin celebrate only for Goku to quit the fight was such a weird twist because we have never seen him just give up on a match before

I really thought Goku had him after that warp Kamehameha but Cell just regenerating everything like it was nothing is so scary and unfair

You really get to see how much of a gambler Goku is when he bets the whole world on Gohan after admitting he cannot win and it is honestly hard to watch

Watching Cell regenerate his head and chest like it was nothing after that blast was terrifying and seeing Goku just hand him a senzu bean was even worse

I am still trying to process Goku just walking away from the ring and leaving Earth's fate to Gohan like that, especially after Cell literally regenerated his entire top half from nothing. It felt like such a massive bait and switch with the episode title, and now everyone is just standing around in shock while Cell gets a fresh start and more power

Vegeta looked so annoyed that Goku gave up and honestly same because why would you let that monster heal up and then send in a teenager
marluxia_454's avatar

The look on Krillin and Yamcha's faces when Goku surrendered said it all, and seeing Cell just pop his upper body back into existence was actually terrifying

I was so confused when Goku called Gohan up to the ring because I really thought the Instant Transmission Kamehameha was going to be the end of it

Everyone was cheering and then Cell just stands back up and Goku decides his kid should fight instead of him and it is the most stressful thing ever
