That group of reporters really thinks Mr Satan is going to save them. He is doing those stupid karate chops on the tiles and Cell is just standing there not even blinking which is hilarious to watch

Episode Context

Episode 175 marks the beginning of the Cell Games proper, the climactic event the Cell Saga has been building toward since Cell achieved his Perfect Form and issued his challenge to Earth's fighters. Prior episodes focused on the Hyperbolic Time Chamber training, emotional goodbyes, and strategic preparation by Goku, Gohan, and the rest. From here, the saga accelerates into its endgame, a sequence of battles that will reshape the series' power dynamics and deliver some of Dragon Ball Z's most iconic moments.
