Vegeta is definitely feeling himself too much with this Super Vegeta title, and that always leads to trouble when he gets way too cocky with the upper hand. Cell looks absolutely terrified for once, and seeing Android 18 realize how much stronger he got since their first fight was the most satisfying part of the whole episode
