Seeing 16 go toe to toe with Cell was the highlight, because nobody expected the big redhead to be that strong. He really stepped up after Piccolo got handled, and his speech about the earth actually makes him more likable than the other androids. It sucks that Cell still got to 17 in the end because 16 was winning that fight
