The animation looked a bit rough in some spots during the big fight but 16 using those rocket arms was enough to keep people happy. Seeing Cell actually struggle and get thrown around for once felt so good

Android 16 says he is a silent warrior and then talks the whole time he is beating up Cell. The way he wants to protect the birds and the world is actually really cool for a robot

I still cant believe Android 16 just jumped in and started wrecking Cell like that. I thought he was just a quiet guy in the back but he really has those hands. It made up for the Piccolo stuff
