Bulma being so cheerful while everyone else was crying over Goku really bothered me, but then King Kai dropped that bomb about the Dragon Ball rules. If they wish him back he just ends up in space where Namek used to be and dies again. That is such a terrifying thought and I really hope they find another way to save him.
