Twelve episodes into GT's 64-episode run, this episode lands in the thick of the Baby Saga's predecessor, the Luud Cult storyline. Pan having been transformed into a doll in the prior episode raises the immediate stakes here, and the looming resurrection of Lord Luud gives the arc its urgency.
