All I can say, this is the very reason I started watching Dr stone the story telling peak here. Where you see how far they have progressed, and now suika have to do everything back from 0 without any help, surviving ALL BY HERSELF. God this couldn't be more heart wrecking. Down to every second, everything was written so well.

Feels like a quick recap, of every episode of Dr Stone. All the thrill and the nostalgia packed with emotional storytelling. Absolute cinema

Ahhhhh I admire Suika's resolve here so much. She's literally just a kid, the youngest out of all of the science team. I'd probably crack under the pressure and not move at all. We got another MVP right here

I'll need to sit with this one for a bit. Although I'm just rewatching, I think the feels hit 10x more now that I knew what was coming 😭 really glad they showed the other villages too here and how they responded

God damn it I'm tired of crying pls T^T The OST and the delivery of Suika's lines didn't help one bit. The event structure in this episode is hauntingly beautiful

I felt so much for Suika T^T. That was such a heavy burden for her to carry, but it also made me want to cheer her on even more. This episode hit hard emotionally.

The beauty of this series really shined here—just look at that animation. It felt bittersweet, especially seeing the sacrifices made for a better future. That emotional weight really stood out.

Then she remembers Senku. And suddenly it’s responsibility. Carrying someone else’s legacy while crying in the ruins of the world. This show is making me poetic as hell

Heartbreak one after the other, Suika being inspired by Senku's solitude made the callback to the original season so emotional (even the monkeys with monologue reappeared lol) She is so resilient with such strong character 😢

With no other resort, the world is petrified yet again. A sequence that reminded me of how drastic and large-scale the original petrification in the beginning was. Suika's reaction adter depetrification was pretty sad, she was alone and confused without anybody left.

The petrification sequence was really sad with both sides facing no other choice on their end. Stanley's acceptance of being a future hostage shows just how determined he is as a solider, and reveals lots about his goals for humanity,

the execution of the second global petrification was visually devastating. dedicating the entire climax to the heavy silence of one character being left behind was brilliant direction.

This episode was so intense because of how everyone was slowly turning into stone again. I also didn't expect Stanley to not sabotage Senku's plan, he seems to have resigned his fate because of Xeno. Suika's expressions when she cants see are always so silly.

A gut-punch of an episode. The second global petrification lands with full force, and Stanley's small act of mercy toward Suika is quietly powerful. Watching Suika wake up completely alone on Earth is haunting — her isolated survival sets up something truly unique. Emotional.

This episode is a MASTERCLASS in emotional storytelling. [SPOILER] The fake out death, the villains' redemption (kinda), the montage of Suika's survival, all of it WORKS. The lil melon head's gonna carry humanity's future.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Positioned as the penultimate setup before the season's climax, Episode 10 follows the near-catastrophic events of Episode 9 and pivots from crisis response to calculated offense against Dr. Xeno's forces. It serves as a critical bridge episode — consolidating alliances and laying the tactical groundwork that the final two episodes will pay off. Expect the stakes established here to escalate sharply as the season drives toward its conclusion.
