Kohaku is definitely the MVP of this arc. but yhe highlight of the episode for me was Byakuya’s flashback, seeing it brought tears to my eyes. While this season has had fewer science-focused moments compared to earlier ones, it more than makes up for it with the amount of plot progression. The cour ends on a cliffhanger, but at least it’s a positive one that leaves excitement for what comes next.
