Episode Context

As episode 203 in the long-running 2005 Doraemon series, this is a standalone story requiring no prior context, the show's episodic nature means jumping in here is perfectly viable. It follows "Doraemon, Squared / Vote for da Boss o' da Brats!" and precedes "Welcome! To the Nobi Hotel / I Can Only Speak the Truth," maintaining the series' pattern of self-contained comedic adventures centered on Nobita's everyday struggles. No ongoing arc is at play; this is pure comfort-watch territory.
