Episode Context

Coming off Episode 9's exploration of affection and hobbies in 'My Love Just Won't Stop~Meow / Bottle Cap Collection,' this episode continues the series' episodic rhythm of introducing fresh gadgets and mining them for situational comedy. As a standalone canon episode early in the run, it reinforces the core character dynamics and the show's foundational premise of futuristic tools colliding with everyday life, laying groundwork for increasingly inventive gadget scenarios in later episodes.
