Dirty by the Dozen

When a prestigious high school's headmaster and his nephews launch a very deliberate and very inappropriate campaign against their staff, the twelve female teachers in their sights — each with their own complicated lives and personal baggage — suddenly find themselves the targets. The setup is exactly what it sounds like — these guys have schemes, the women have varying reactions, and the whole thing unfolds across two OVA episodes with a lot of drama baked in alongside the explicit content. What makes this one slightly more interesting than the average hentai OVA is that the teachers aren't interchangeable. They each come with different personalities and different responses to what's happening to them, which gives the whole thing a bit more texture than you might expect from a two-episode runtime. The power dynamics between staff and administration get pushed into uncomfortable territory, and not everyone just rolls with it — some push back, some get drawn in gradually, and that tension is actually part of what keeps it engaging. If you've already watched Injuu Onna Kyoushi or Onna Kyoushi and want something with a similar educational setting and ensemble cast of female teachers, this scratches the same itch.
