Must watch legendary anime - The golden digimental

Episode Context

As the first half of a two-part theatrical film, this episode carries the full burden of establishing the central mystery, Wallace's tragic past, the disappearance of the original Chosen Children, and the nature of the viral threat hunting them. It intentionally withholds resolution, building the emotional and narrative foundation that the second part will pay off with escalating confrontations and the climactic golden evolution. Viewers should treat this as setup-heavy by design, understanding that the tension constructed here is essential scaffolding for the explosive conclusion ahead.
