Episode Context

Positioned at episode 36 of 54, this falls deep into the Myotismon arc's climax in the real world, directly following the escalation in 'Flower Power' where the DigiDestined ramped up their resistance. 'City Under Siege' tightens the screws further, placing the team in their most cornered position yet while setting the stage for the pivotal 'Wizardmon's Gift,' an episode widely regarded as one of the series' most impactful moments.
