maki living in that little boat house looks so incredibly cozy. her dynamic with panjyamon was honestly super interesting. it lowkey made me wonder if digimon can actually have real romantic feelings for each other or if that just crosses into some weird territory.

the pacing of the action sequences feels noticeably rushed. concluding the main fight so abruptly leaves a lot to be desired in terms of narrative payoff. the structural reliance on immediately introducing a new villain every week prevents the current battles from breathing.
