Episode Context

Coming off 'Antipathy,' which cracked open internal fractures within the Tactics organization, this episode follows through on that instability by putting a defector directly in the Glowing Dawn team's path. It deepens the show's exploration of Tactics as more than a monolithic villain and introduces Haruomi Sone as a pivotal figure. The threads established here, particularly around Digimon exploitation, directly feed into the next episode, 'Black Market Auction,' signaling a darker narrative phase ahead.
